Over-ear headphones with sensory enhancement
Smells are invisible - and yet they can move us deeply. When we encounter an olfactory memory, it inevitably catapults us into a past moment. My project ties in with this emotional connection between memory and smell. The concept combines headphones as an everyday companion with subtle olfactory impulses. Whether enjoying music, on the road or at work: occasional stimuli on this sensory level, that is too often neglected by design, reminds us to allow ourselves time and space. That way we can refocus and direct our attention in a positive direction and maybe be part of a random act of kindness.
